
The Better Self Journal was designed to help all those who use this journal to be inspired, motivated and encouraged. Of course, this is not the only means to a better self, however, this can be a part of the process. As a psychotherapist, I can attest to the power of words and what we tell ourselves. We can sometimes underestimate the impact the things we say to self on a daily basis, positive and negative. Use this as a tool in the engagement process with yourself in creating a "Better Self."
