DeNise Muhammad: My journey into credit healing didn’t begin from a place of expertise—it began from lived experience, responsibility, and the desire to do better for my family.  In 2018, as a single mother of four, I found myself facing the reality of bad credit in the low 500s after my vehicle was repossessed. Years of late payments and financial strain had taken their toll, and I felt the weight of providing, protecting, and planning for my children while navigating financial uncertainty. The very next day after my car was repossessed, I was introduced to the credit education industry by a close friend who had just launched a business in the credit space. What felt like a breaking point became a turning point.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, I already understood numbers but credit is a system most people are never taught how to navigate. I immersed myself in learning consumer laws, credit reporting systems, and the habits that shape long-term financial health. Over the next year and a half, I began rebuilding my own credit while helping others do the same.

In 2019, I intentionally stepped away from credit repair to pursue my certification in aromatherapy. Healing has always been central to who I am, and I felt called to support people in a different way helping them heal the body and spirit through essential oils and holistic wellness. That season deepened my understanding of stress, balance, and how emotional well-being and financial health are deeply connected.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, I witnessed a growing urgency around financial stability, credit, and preparedness. As families everywhere began reassessing their finances, I felt called to return to the credit restoration industry, this time with a broader, more compassionate perspective. I understood not only the mechanics of credit, but the emotional toll financial stress places on households.

Today, as a Credit Healing Strategist, I am committed to helping individuals and families repair, build, and leverage their credit with confidence and clarity. My approach blends education, strategy, and empathy because credit healing isn’t just about increasing a score, it’s about creating security, opportunity, and legacy. I do this work because I’ve lived it. And I believe that when people are given the right tools and knowledge, they can transform not only their credit—but their future.
