Nadine Muhammad: What is your motivation for writing your book, Overcome Depression Naturally for Men: 7 Life Essences to Support a Healthy Mental State? 

DeNise Muhamamd: I wrote this book especially for men because most men suffer in silence with depression and may not be comfortable asking for help to overcome it.

DeNise Muhammad: In this book, I cover 7 Essential Oils that are great to use to support a healthy mental state and help the reader relieve the stress and tension from naturally.

DeNise Muhammad: The reader will learn the power of Aromatherapy and how it brings balance to the mind, body and spirit.
